Cottage 16 (formerly known as cottage C) is includes three upstairs bedrooms, and a first-floor kitchen, living room and bathroom. All three bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the downstairs.

Bedroom #1 has a full size bed and two twin beds. Bedroom #2 has one full size bed and Bedroom #3 has two twin size beds.
