About Your Reservation

• Reservations:

  • Reservations will only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card

  • All reservations require a deposit and are non-refundable

• Cancellation/No Show Policy:

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by phone of any cancellation of the booking at least 30 days before the check in date to avoid being charged the remaining balance of the reservation. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night's rate will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM  (Please advise if later)

• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, this is to be reconfirmed with the front office staff.

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

• STATE LAW - NON SMOKING - $250 FINE

  • There will be a charge to your credit card for $250 for smoking in any unit

• NO PETS

  • Violation of our no pets policy will result in a $100 charge
